I'm pretty sure that you can install Win7 once you set the BIOS to CSM mode (Compatibility Support Module). So this marriage of Win7 and Win11 on the same system will be very difficult. Once you updated to the newest BIOS, it will even enable Secure Boot by default (for better Win11 support), which will also have to be disabled for Windows 7. You could update to the newest BIOS, īut the main problem (most likely) is that Windows 7 doesn't know how to properly deal with a BIOS in UEFI mode, and Windows 11 requires the BIOS in UEFI mode.
